  1. Built locally

    Build the game board.

The foundation for finding, catching and sharing coins in the real world.

    • Walking map and test-drop gameplay
    • Drop flow and interfaces for all four networks
    • MEMEGO artwork, website and trailer

The foundation is built and locally tested. Real-token play is the next milestone.

  2. In development

    Real coins. Real catches.

Make it possible to join, fund a drop and collect it into a wallet.

    • Automatic location and anti-cheat checks
    • Finish and test the updated drop contracts for all four chains
    • Add sign-in with recoverable wallets; keep existing-wallet connections

Ready for deployment review when local deposit, catch and return tests pass and wallet recovery has been tested. Real phone payouts must be verified after deployment.

  3. Required before launch

    Audit the full platform.

Review the complete path from signing in to receiving a coin.

    • Independent review of contracts, wallets, location checks and funding services
    • Security, privacy and abuse testing across the website and APIs
    • Resolve findings, retest fixes and publish the audit scope and results

Ready when the review is complete and launch-blocking findings are resolved. Internal testing is not a completed independent audit.

  4. Planned

    Launch the official token.

Introduce MEMEGO on Pons, on Robinhood Chain, after real catching works.

    • 3% creator tax: 1% development, 1% marketing, 1% map buybacks
    • Finish and review the fee allocation and map funding contracts
    • Publish the verified token address and launch terms

Ready when the game works with real tokens and the token’s funding contracts and launch settings have been verified.

  5. Planned

Put the map share to work.

Use the 1% map allocation to buy back MEMEGO and fund hunts near active players.

    • Buybacks within published spending and price limits
    • Drops at public walking spots near recent player activity
    • Visible funding records and reuse of expired, unclaimed tokens

Ready when collected fees can fund nearby drops, successful claims and recycled rewards through a tested system.

  6. In design

    Give holders more to explore.

Create extra reasons to take MEMEGO along for the adventure.

    • Separately funded holder hunts
    • Holder badges and extra character styles
    • Published eligibility, rewards and campaign capacity

Ready when eligibility is enforced and each reward campaign is funded before opening. Public drops stay open to everyone.

  7. Later · proposed

Let the community shape the hunt.

Build longer adventures and give holders a say in future community hunts.

    • Trail quests with checked physical checkpoints
    • Collectibles earned by completing routes
    • Community votes within published location and budget rules

Ready when route completion and voting rules can be verified, with funded rewards and clear execution rules.

  8. Planned

    Take MEMEGO to iOS.

Bring the hunt to a dedicated iPhone app while keeping browser play available.

    • Native app experience with account and wallet recovery
    • On-device location, permissions and notification testing
    • TestFlight testing, security review and App Store submission

Ready when the app passes real-device testing and Apple’s review. No release date or store approval is confirmed.

  9. Planned

    Take MEMEGO to Android.

Give Android explorers a dedicated app for the same map and account.

    • Native app experience across supported Android devices
    • Location, battery, wallet recovery and notification testing
    • Closed testing, security review and Google Play submission

Ready when the app passes device testing and Google Play review. Browser play does not depend on the native app launch.

Progress is measured by working features. Dates will be shared when confirmed. Later milestones may change as testing and player feedback shape the game.

The token, buyback drops and holder benefits are not live yet. Reward amounts depend on funded campaigns; the roadmap does not promise a token price or return.
