Good
to know.

Wallets, drops and everything in between.

Check network status ↗
Can I collect real coins right now?

You can sign in and set up your MEMEGO wallets now. Real deposits and catches still need the production location service and drop-contract deployments. Network status shows the setup for each chain. The normal map only shows funded on-chain drops.

Do I need a wallet to play?

You can explore the map without connecting anything. Sign in with your email to create wallets inside MEMEGO: one address for Robinhood Chain, BNB Chain and Base, plus a Solana address. You can also link an existing wallet. Keep access to your sign-in email to recover your account on another device. Real catches will require an authenticated account and an enabled network.

How do I place a drop?

Choose a network, connect its wallet, and pick a coin and amount. Then choose a spot or scatter drops around your current location. On an enabled network, confirm the deposit in your wallet. Funded drops appear after network finality. No MEMEGO admin approval is required. Unavailable networks cannot accept deposits.

What does it cost?

Exploring the map is free. The protocol takes no donation fee. You pay network fees when placing or claiming a funded drop, and some tokens charge transfer taxes. Optional sponsored claims are built but are not enabled; any available sponsorship will be shown before you confirm.

Will there be an official MEMEGO token?

Yes. The planned launch is on Pons, on Robinhood Chain, with a 3% creator tax: 1% for development, 1% for marketing, and 1% to buy back MEMEGO and fund drops near active players. Pons charges a separate trading fee. The token has not launched, and no official token address is available yet.

Where will the MEMEGO buyback drops appear?

The plan is to use recent player activity and location checks to fund drops at public walking spots near active explorers. Area limits and rotation will help smaller communities get a turn. Player locations will stay private; only the drop locations will be public. Signing in will not guarantee a drop or reserve it for you. These drops will hold the official token on Robinhood Chain, wherever they appear geographically. Buybacks and automatic placement are still in development.

What would holding MEMEGO unlock?

The proposed benefits are holder hunts, checkpoint trail quests, explorer badges and styles, and votes on future community hunts. These features are in design. Holding requirements and campaign rules will be published before activation, and reward campaigns must be funded before opening.

Will I need MEMEGO to use the map?

Public drops remain open without holding MEMEGO. Proposed holder hunts would be separate campaigns with their own published qualification rules. Initial holder rewards would use the official MEMEGO token on Robinhood Chain; the public map supports all four networks.

Can anyone place a coin?

The protocol accepts compatible tokens without an admin review queue. Apps can provide optional token filters, but those filters cannot freeze funds. A listing or rarity label does not guarantee a token’s safety or value. Unclaimed drops can be returned to their donor after expiry.

How will location checks work?

When you request a catch, MEMEGO’s location service checks your account, wallet, distance, GPS accuracy and movement history. An approved request receives a short-lived signature tied to your wallet and the drop. The drop contract checks that signature before paying your wallet. Location approval is operated by MEMEGO; a phone’s GPS can be spoofed, so these checks reduce abuse but cannot prove physical presence. The production service is not live yet.

What do the different pins mean?

Common, Rare, Epic and Legendary distinguish drops on the map. A rarity label is not a guarantee of a coin’s safety or value. Check its network, token, amount and expiry before making the walk.

Will there be drops in my city?

The map covers locations around the world. Drops appear where people fund them, so there’s no guaranteed supply in any city. Choose public, accessible places and respect private property.

How do I add MEMEGO to my home screen?

Open the map in your phone’s browser. On iPhone, use Safari’s Share menu and choose Add to Home Screen. On Android, look for Install app or Add to Home screen in the browser menu. For an external Phantom wallet on a phone, open MEMEGO in Phantom’s browser.
